• Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO across business operations and select personal tasks
• Execute business initiatives with precision while maintaining organizational systems and processes
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively address potential gaps before they impact operations
• Draft and manage high-level communications, ensuring clear and professional correspondence
• Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously to prevent initiatives from stalling


Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience as a business-focused executive assistant.
• Demonstrated proactive work style with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative with minimal oversight.
• Proven experience managing complex executive calendars using digital scheduling tools.
• Strong proficiency in professional email communication, including inbox management and triage.
• Experience with task tracking and building systematic follow-up and reminder processes.
• Ability to organize and maintain professional documents, including presentations, contracts, and business briefs.
• Advanced proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs/Sheets, Asana, and Slack.
• Some college coursework or equivalent professional training preferred.
• Prior experience supporting founders or C-suite executives is a plus.
• Background in e-commerce, retail, or startup environments is preferred.
• Ability to balance business operations support with occasional limited personal assistance tasks, as needed.
