We are now hiring an Executive in our growing Advanced Analytics team - perfect for early‑career analysts who are ready to deepen their technical skills, work on high‑profile projects, and grow within a collaborative international team.

About the Role:

This position sits within the Advanced Analytics team, working on projects focused on Drivers analysis, pricing effectiveness, behavioural economics, data transformation, market sizing, portfolio optimisation, trade-off and segmentations.

This is a unique opportunity to build practical skills in R, Python, SQL and apply real-world statistical methods, while working on a diverse array of analytics projects across multiple sectors. You will also be part of an organisation that champions diversity, inclusion, innovation and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Manipulating & validating datasets from multiple sources to prepare for analysis.

Applying statistical techniques such as regression, segmentation, drivers analysis, MaxDiff and conjoint.

Analysing survey data and helping uncover meaningful trends and insights.

Using R and Python (and occasionally SQL) to run analyses, automate workflows and enhance efficiency.

Leveraging Excel for data checks, structuring and exploratory analysis.

Supporting project delivery, collaborating with colleagues to deliver high‑quality outputs to clients.

Contributing to interactive tools built in R/Python/JavaScript (where relevant).

With the majority of the team based in the UK, excellent command of English, both written and verbal and working UK hours is essential.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is curious, driven and eager to grow.

You’ll thrive here if you have:

Experience processing and cleaning datasets for analysis.

Applied knowledge of statistics (e.g., distributions, regression, statistical testing).

Skills in R (required) and Python (nice to have), with added benefit for SQL.

A tech‑first mindset and willingness to learn.
