Portico is hosting an exclusive Open Day on Wednesday 13th May, offering a unique opportunity to meet our leadership team and explore a range of front-of-house and workplace roles across some of London’s most prestigious corporate environments.

We are currently hiring across multiple positions, including:

• Welcome Hosts 
• Receptionists 
• Concierge 
• Senior Welcome Hosts 
• Workplace & Community Managers 

This is not a standard recruitment process. Attendance is invite-only, based on suitability for our live roles.

About You

• We’re looking for individuals who bring hospitality excellence into a corporate setting:
• Background in luxury hospitality (4/5-star hotels preferred)
• (e.g. Guest Relations Manager, Front Office Manager, Concierge Manager, Guest Experience Manager) 
• Experience leading or supervising teams in a high-end environment 
• A natural host with a passion for exceptional service delivery 
• Confident communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders and VIPs 
• Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure 
• Immaculate presentation with exceptional attention to detail
