What you’ll do 🛠

As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for talented, multilingual graduates to join our team as claims associates, starting with a 6-month contract - with a possibility to extend to a CDI contract.

As a Claims Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the claims process with clarity and care, in multiple languages. You’ll assess claims, investigate details and find solutions – all while sharpening your communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Manage and process claims from start to finish

● Assess claim validity based on policy conditions

● Communicate with customers via email and phone

● Calculate settlements and handle payments

● Keep accurate records and contribute to process improvements

Don't worry if you're new to the insurance industry – we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success!

What we’re looking for 💡

● Good written & verbal communication skills in English + at least one other European language (French, Dutch, German or other)

● A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in translation, law, business administration or a related field

● A self-motivated, curious and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn
