Exchange Lync

Install, configure & Administration of Exchange 2007 Server (Log files Management & Exchange Database Management)

• Configuration & Administration of Active Directory

• Install, Configure and Administration of Forefront Security for Exchange

• Troubleshooting Exchange Servers related issues including Storage Database Management, Queue Issues, Performance Management, Issues on OWA, Active Sync, Outlook Anywhere, SPAM Issues

• Escalated end user issues (Desktops/Laptop) in Messaging/Archival/Blackberry

• Disaster Recovery plan in Messaging.

• Install, Configure and Administration of Blackberry Enterprise server 5.x

• Install, Configure & Admin of Symantec Enterprise Vault 2007 would be preferred

• Install, Configure & Admin of OCS 2007 would be preferred

• Knowledge on ITIL framework

• Knowledge on Exchange 2010 would be an added advantage Required Skills:

• Global exposure in large environments would be preferred.

• MCTS on Exchange 2007 is Mandatory

• Certification (1.) Independently resolve tickets within SLA Adheres to standard operating procedures / work instructions Provides inputs to modify/update/design standard operating procedures / work instructions Follow the escalation process Follow the shift hand-over process Update the knowledge base Coaching freshers to be independent Coaching analysts for correct routing of tickets, capturing critical information Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required Managing independent shifts Complies to regulatory requirements Participate in CoE meetings - sharing and acquring knowledge Participate in Sev1/ Bridge calls
