• Exchange Administration and Engineering Spam Control (Proof point)

• Escalated Outlook Client Support

• Level 3 Escalation: Operations Support

• Blackberry Server Maintenance

• Email Relay Controls - (Relay Lists)

• Records Management Preservation Requests (active employee mailbox backup for legal review)

• Level 3 Escalation: Shared Mailbox Support
