Detailed JD

  The Ideal candidate will have minimum 3 year’s exchange and messaging perimeter administration and/or engineering experience.

•Service Management: Demonstrated ability to take escalations and provide solution to other organizations within the business end-to-end. 

•Global Team: Demonstrated ability working with global virtual teams. 

•Initiative/Ownership: The person must be self-starter, self-motivated and able to keep moving project(s) forward. 

•Analysis: Ability to work with his/her local/global team, managers and internal clients to understand business practices and

engineer solutions. 

•Communication: The person will need good verbal and written communication skills. He/she needs to show past experience in

utilizing various influencing skills and be able to collaborate, communicate and deliver in a global environment. 

•Strong inter-personal skills: Ability to present to management, internal client audiences or professional peers, and ability to work

independently on problem solving and investigation. 

•Project Management: In an enterprise infrastructure oriented environment and ability to drive complex projects.
