Excavating Crew Foreman (CDL REQUIRED)

Looking for an Excavation Crew Foreman, must have 2-3 years of experience in related field. . This role is a 40-50 hour a week position.  You will be responsible for managing crew and productivity. Compensation Range depending upon skill level and experience.

Responsibilities to include:

Ability to read and understand project prints

CDL A is a must

Equipment operating experience with the following

Excavator

Wheeled loader

Dump truck & semi-truck

Skid loader

Dozer (not a must) 

Ability to operate laser/Transit for setting grades.

Leadership experience

Managing a team of 3-4 workers

Planning and organization

Time management

Reliable and trustworthy

Meeting deadlines and targets

Good communication skills

Mechanical skills with equipment

Completing project reports

Experience of similar work types

Septic and drain fields

Basement digs

Pole Barn prep

Driveway installs
