EWM Rollout Expert

Position Overview: The EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Rollout Expert is a key member of the supply chain and logistics team responsible for implementing and managing the expansion of SAP EWM solutions across various locations within the organization. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, project managers, IT personnel to ensure the successful rollout and integration of EWM systems.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop a comprehensive rollout plan for implementing SAP EWM in new locations or business units.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

Lead and manage the execution of the EWM rollout plan, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.

System Integration:

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of EWM with existing ERP systems and technologies.

Training and User Support:

Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of EWM functionalities and processes.

Provide ongoing support to users, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance.

Change Management:

Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of EWM solutions, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and addressing resistance.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

Conduct rigorous testing of EWM systems to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies before and after rollout.

Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of EWM configurations, processes, and best practices.

Generate regular progress reports, status updates, and key performance indicators for project stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements based on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, and distribution, to ensure EWM integration aligns with end-to-end supply chain processes.

2-6 years of working experience in EWM

Bachelors/ master's degree in supply chain management or engineering graduates in Mechanical/Electrical/ Indl Eng/IT Proven experience (3 years) in successfully implementing and managing SAP EWM solutions, including at least (2 years) of EWM rollout experience.
