The Role
We’re looking for a Portfolio Implementation Associate – IPL to join Evidentia Group who can support the effective and compliant implementation of investor portfolios. This role would be ideal for candidates who are looking to further develop their investment operations expertise.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities mainly include:
Liaise with Portfolio Implementation Managers to complete daily portfolio checks, enabling efficient implementation across mandates
Prepare reports from various systems to support the trading team's processes
Review client accounts to ensure compliance with mandated investment limits and guidelines
Assist with trade booking and reconciliation to maintain accurate settlement records
Analyse and disseminate corporate actions, coordinating timely client responses and adjustments
Maintain portfolio management systems and databases for optimal data integrity
Collaborate with Operations and Custody teams to streamline trade lifecycle processes
Monitor market trends and industry developments, sharing relevant insights with stakeholders
Develop and maintain relationships with advisers and external counterparties
Create and maintain Implementation team procedures to support scalable operations
Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics or related field.
Minimum 1- 2 years experience in financial services
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
Experience with adviser platforms, portfolio management systems or OMS/EMS tools (advantageous) (highly regarded).
