We are seeking an accomplished Head of PMS Sales to lead and scale the distribution of Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and alternative investment products. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales strategy, expanding investor networks, and building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), family offices, and institutional investors. The position requires a strong understanding of alternative investments and the ability to position sophisticated investment solutions to clients seeking diversified wealth management opportunities. As a senior leader, you will design and execute sales strategies that accelerate business growth, enhance market presence, and drive capital inflows into portfolio management and alternative investment offerings. You will work closely with investment teams, relationship managers, and distribution partners to ensure that clients receive comprehensive insights and tailored investment solutions. The role also involves identifying new distribution channels, strengthening existing partnerships, and ensuring a high level of client engagement through strategic relationship management. Success in this role requires strong leadership, deep market knowledge, and the ability to build a high-performing sales ecosystem that consistently delivers revenue growth. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in PMS and alternative investment offerings
• Build and manage strong relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, wealth advisors, and institutional investors
• Lead business development initiatives to expand investor networks and increase assets under management
• Identify and establish new distribution partnerships including wealth platforms, private banks, and financial advisors
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning, pipeline management, and client acquisition strategies
• Work closely with investment and product teams to communicate portfolio strategies and investment opportunities to clients
• Conduct investor meetings, presentations, and events to enhance product awareness and engagement
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies and positioning
• Mentor and guide sales teams or relationship managers to ensure consistent performance and achievement of targets
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all sales and client engagement activities
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective client communication and investment narratives
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 8+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or alternative investment sales
• Proven track record of raising capital and driving revenue growth in PMS, AIF, or similar investment products
• Strong network within HNI, UHNI, family office, and wealth advisory ecosystems
• Deep understanding of alternative investments, portfolio management services, and wealth management solutions
• Exceptional relationship-building and client engagement skills
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify new business opportunities
• Experience managing high-value investor relationships and long-term partnerships
