• Full time – 40 hour per week (1 year maternity cover)
• Salary up to £33k dependent on experience
We are looking for a personable individual to join our Events Team. The role involves supporting and overseeing the planning and delivery of Events and Internal Meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
• Create accurate and detailed function sheets for each event
• Client communication from initial enquiry to final arrangements and post-event feedback
• Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success
• Handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly
• Collaborate with wider teams involved in the event across the business
• Greet clients on arrival making sure that the event is as they require, and ensure that any of the changes on the day are passed on to the operational team.
Leadership & Collaboration:
• Work closely with team members at all levels across the business
• Establish oneself as a credible and reliable event team member, providing  support at all levels
• Support leaders to provide good quality information to clients and customers as necessary
• Effectively communicate any last-minute changes, opportunities or issues that are relevant.
• Passion for events & hospitality
• Ambitious individual keen to grow and develop
• Relevant experience in an event role would be beneficial
• Excellent organisational and communication skills and attention to detail
• Meticulous administration, coordination and prioritisation skills
• Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to think creatively
• English language - Fluent or bilingual proficiency
