WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Thanks to your organizational talent you ensure clear structures and workflows to make DataGuard the “Best Place to Work”

You are the first point of contact for day to day operations & office issues, from routine inspection rounds and facility management to supply ordering, deliveries and catering

You support office expansion and relocation projects

You bring in your ideas to plan and execute empowering team events on and off-site

You maintain and foster a high-performing, innovative, appreciative, empowering, joyful, caring and on-site culture in the Workplace Operations team

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD

Organisational talent, ability to work under pressure and a quick learning ability

Ideally, first working experience in a fast-moving environment

Fluency in German and English to liaise with colleagues, customers and suppliers on a professional level

Strong Microsoft Office skills

High level of professionalism

Proactive and strong communication skills

You enjoy the diversity of tasks that enhance both your and the Guards'/Guardettes’ working day

Please note: 20 hours/week, 5 days on-site in our Munich office
