Your Role

As an Event Manager at Polygon Labs, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our global event strategy, with a strong focus on fintech, enterprise, and payments audiences. Reporting into Marketing, you will own the planning and delivery of high-impact owned and third-party events that build brand credibility, deepen enterprise trust, and accelerate ecosystem engagement.

This is a highly visible individual contributor role where you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Communications, Business Development, Product, and the executive team to deliver seamless, strategically aligned event experiences. Your Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Polygon Labs’ global event portfolio, including flagship owned events, third-party conferences, executive-level roundtables, partner activations, and internal events.

• Develop and manage detailed event project plans, timelines, budgets, and operational workflows to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

• Lead vendor and agency management, including contract oversight, negotiations, and performance management across venues, production partners, and event services.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Communications, Product, and Business Development teams to ensure events support broader brand, messaging, and go-to-market objectives.

• Partner with the executive team to plan and execute high-touch engagements, including speaking opportunities, private meetings, and institutional-facing events.

• Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure clear communication, alignment, and accountability across stakeholders before, during, and after events.

• Measure event effectiveness through post-event reporting, insights, and recommendations to continuously improve future programs.

What You'll Need

• 5–8 years of experience in event management or field marketing, with ownership of large-scale, global events.

• Proven experience planning and executing events for enterprise, fintech, payments, or institutional audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets, vendors, and multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with senior leaders and executive teams.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in web3, blockchain, or emerging technology environments.

• Familiarity with global third-party conference ecosystems and executive-level event formats.

• Experience supporting go-to-market or brand-led event strategies in high-growth organizations.
