Duration: 4-6 months in 2026

Your Mission:
Working closely with the Country Events Lead, you will support the execution of Decathlon Singapore's event strategy to help create the most engaging sports experiences that increase brand engagement, drive store traffic, boost sales and unlock new business opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Event Strategy & Planning

• Assist the team to plan and manage flagship events from concept to execution, ensuring all project milestones are met on schedule.
• Support the integration of event experiences within Decathlon stores and community hubs to drive footfall and enhance brand visibility.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative sports event concepts that align with Decathlon's mission.

2. Assist with Partnerships & Community Engagement

• Help maintain communication and build relationships with external stakeholders, including sports clubs, community leaders, corporate sponsors, and event vendors.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as retail and marketing, to ensure event initiatives run smoothly and are well-promoted across channels.
• Assist in identifying new partnership opportunities to expand the reach of Decathlon's sporting community.

3. Event Logistics & On-Site Execution

• Provide hands-on support for end-to-end event logistics including venue setups, permits, and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
• Assist in coordinating with external vendors such as caterers, AV teams, production crews, and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Support on-site event execution, helping with setup, staff coordination, and real-time problem-solving during live activations to maintain operational excellence.

Requirements:
Hard Skills:

• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Marketing Interest: Basic understanding of event promotion, digital marketing, and community engagement strategies.
• Local Knowledge: Familiar with the local retail / sport / social media landscape.

Soft Skills:
