The Events & Campaigns Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns and events that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role manages the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns and events, from concept and strategy to execution and performance analysis. The position requires strong project management, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, partners, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
• Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendors, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, speakers, and partners.
• Ensure events deliver measurable business outcomes such as pipeline growth and brand visibility.
• Work closely with sales, content, and digital marketing teams to align campaigns with go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop campaign assets and event materials.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all campaign and event activities.
• Source and manage external vendors, agencies, and event partners.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
• 5+ years experience in marketing, events, or campaign management.
• Proven experience delivering successful marketing campaigns and events.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance.
• Native Greek speaker with fluent English (written and verbal).
