Events and Public Relations Manager

Berry Law is seeking an Events & Public Relations Manager to lead on-the-ground execution of high-visibility events, media activations, and earned press opportunities. 

This role is the execution arm of our brand and communications strategy—responsible for delivering disciplined, repeatable event and PR wins that reinforce Berry Law’s authority, credibility, and mission, particularly within Veteran and community audiences. 

What You’ll Do 

Execute Berry Law’s presence at trade shows, conferences, community events, and firm-led activations 

Coordinate earned media opportunities, press logistics, and on-site interviews 

Serve as the operational lead during live events and media moments 

Develop SOPs, checklists, and timelines to ensure repeatable execution 

Coordinate with production, social, and leadership teams to maximize impact 

Enforce brand standards and professionalism in the field 

What We’re Looking For 

5+ years of experience in events, public relations, communications, or field marketing 

Proven ability to manage logistics, timelines, and multiple stakeholders under pressure 

Experience coordinating earned media or press opportunities 

Experience managing a public relations firm 

Highly organized, execution-focused, and detail-oriented 

Experience with Veteran, military, or mission-driven organizations preferred
