Purpose of Role/Summary:
The Events & Offline Marketing coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, and executing regional events for the company, along with its partnerships, sponsorships and offline marketing activities. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about event planning and offline marketing, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience. The Events & Offline Marketing Coordinator will work closely with senior staff and external vendors to ensure smooth and successful events, partnerships/sponsorships and activations, from conception to completion.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Support in the development and execution of regional events, including conferences, expos, sponsorships, workshops, seminars, corporate and entertainment events.
Assist with identifying, negotiating, and liaising with vendors related only to events (giveaways, branding materials etc)
Handle logistics for events, such as scheduling, transportation, and equipment coordination
Help with attendee registration, communication, and on-site support during events
Assist in preparing materials, such as programs, invitations, signage, and promotional items
Ensure smooth event execution by supporting the setup, management, and breakdown of events
Assist in gathering feedback, completing event reports, and identifying areas of improvement for future events
Assist in sourcing and pricing options for VIP giveaways for clients.
Look for and assist in obtaining new and valid opportunities for INGOT
Work on ideas, executing activations and working with internal and internal parties to complete what is required
Any other duties relevant to the role
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s in business, Marketing, Hospitality or related fields
2 – 3 years of experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and changes
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules
Further Info:
Working hours are 08:30 – 17:00 Sunday to Thursday
