Als Operationeel Planner zorg jij dat honderden beveiligers precies staan waar ze nodig zijn. Je maakt planning tot een vak én je krijgt er de vrijheid voor.

Jij bent het hart van onze operatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze beveiligers soepel en slim worden ingezet.
Je dagelijkse werk bestaat uit:

• Planningen maken voor evenementen, objectbeveiliging en piekweken.

• Roosters aanpassen wanneer de situatie verandert Snel en kostenbewust.

• Contact met beveiligers over beschikbaarheid, wijzigingen en vakantie.

• Overleg met opdrachtgevers en managers over capaciteit en bezetting.
