About the Opportunity

Girls Inc. of Greater Miami is inviting current Power Hour participants to apply to serve as Event Support Team members at our annual Fuel Her Fire Gala. This is a paid opportunity to gain real-world event experience while representing Girls Inc. in a professional setting!

Participants selected will support event operations and help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for guests.

Responsibilities May Include:

Assisting with guest check-in and registration

Supporting silent auction or raffle tables

Guiding guests to designated areas

Assisting with set-up and light breakdown

Providing general event support as directed by staff

Representing Girls Inc. with professionalism and courtesy

Requirements:

Must be a current Power Hour participant

Must be at least 16 years old by March 5, 2026

Must have reliable transportation to and from the event location

Must be available for the full shift: 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Must follow dress code (cocktail attire) and professionalism expectations (details provided upon selection)
