Event Sponsorship Sales Manager:
You’ll own the commercial performance of our NAUK events portfolio and lead a team of 9 direct and 2 indirect event sponsorship sellers. Your focus will be to grow sponsorship revenues, evolve pricing and packaging, run successful rebook programs, and ensure the team hits activity and revenue targets in line with our 2026 budget and 3‑year growth plan.
What you’ll do
Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing NAUK event sponsorship sales team
Own overall event sponsorship revenue and market share growth across key sectors
Run disciplined rebook and renewal programs to maximise multi‑event and multi‑year commitments
Evolve sponsorship pricing and packaging based on client needs and event performance
Act as the main commercial partner to the events team on strategy, launch and positioning
Ensure accurate CRM usage for client communication, pipeline management and forecasting
Join key client meetings, model best‑practice consultative selling and support major deals
Oversee post‑event sponsor and internal debriefs, translating insights into upsell and rebook opportunities

What success looks like
6 months: you’re fully across the NAUK events portfolio, pricing, commercial model and key sponsors; the team is hitting activity KPIs and working to a clear sales and rebook process
12+ months: event sponsorship revenues are on or ahead of budget, market share is growing, Tier 1 accounts are renewing and expanding, and your team is recognised as a high‑performing, well‑coached unit
Who you are
5+ years’ B2B sales experience, with strong exposure to event sponsorship and/or media solutions
Proven track record growing Tier 1 / enterprise accounts (ideally in financial services, insurance or related B2B sectors)
Experience leading or mentoring salespeople, including 1:1s, coaching and individual development
Comfortable owning a team number, running structured rebook programs and driving KPI‑led performance
Consultative, solutions‑led seller, confident tailoring packages and pricing to client and event outcomes
Curious, data‑driven and keen to leverage AI and modern tools to lift team performance
