Event Specialist, People

We are looking for an Event Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the planning, organization, and execution of both internal and external company events. As an Event Specialist, you will work as a member of the People team, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align with event needs.

Responsibilities:
• Designing and managing yearly event calendars with accurate scheduling
• Supporting the planning and execution of our company events
• Coordinating business trips and organizing off-site meetings
• Following up on top-tier events such as global conferences and other high-profile gatherings
• Preparing event recaps and tracking feedback to enhance future events

Requirements:
• 2+ years of event planning experience, especially in People, Human Resources teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of English
• Passion and interest in games
• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
