Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Strategist (Event) to drive RedotPay’s presence at key events worldwide and strengthen our brand through high-impact partnership marketing initiatives. With 2–3 years of experience in event marketing, ideally in fintech, Web3, or digital finance, you will play an essential role in shaping RedotPay’s brand visibility across APAC, LATAM, MENA, Europe, and Africa. This role requires strong organizational skills, cross-team collaboration, and a go-getter mindset to deliver events and brand activations that build trust, foster partnerships, and expand RedotPay’s global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Execution: Plan, organize, and manage RedotPay’s participation in global industry events, including sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and partner-hosted activities. Coordinate end-to-end event operations from planning to post-event reporting.
Brand Visibility & Partnership Marketing: Drive brand visibility through joint PRs, social media campaigns, blogs, and branded activations with strategic partners. Support traffic swaps and regional campaigns to expand RedotPay’s global reach.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all event and marketing materials align with RedotPay’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and compliance standards. Uphold consistency across messaging, design, and partner-facing deliverables.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Product, Partnerships, and Regional teams to maximize event impact and support brand-building initiatives. Act as a connector across teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in event marketing, brand strategy, or partnership marketing roles, with international exposure preferred. Fresh graduates are very welcomed.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Proven ability to deliver successful events and branding initiatives across multiple overseas markets.
Highly proficient in English (near-native or above); some Putonghua proficiency expected.
Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage timelines and stakeholders effectively.
Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a go-getter mindset to drive results in fast-paced environments.
