Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team and take charge of planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events that align with our company's vision and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate a variety of corporate and social events from start to finish.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events and generate attendance.
• Oversee venue selection, contract negotiation, and logistics management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, caterers, and technical staff to ensure event requirements are met.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in event planning or coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines effectively.
