We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Event Setup Staff to support the preparation, installation, and breakdown of event spaces. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in fast-paced environments, and take pride in contributing to well-executed events.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event equipment, furniture, staging, and décor

• Follow layout plans and instructions to ensure accurate event execution

• Load, unload, and organize materials efficiently and safely

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas before, during, and after events

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet event timelines

• Ensure all setups meet company quality and safety standards

• Strong work ethic and reliability
