SkillBridge Academy is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Event Setup Assistant to support the preparation and execution of on-site events in Austin, TX. This role is essential in ensuring that each event space is professionally arranged, fully functional, and aligned with our high standards of quality and organization.

Responsibilities
• Assist with the physical setup and breakdown of event spaces, including tables, chairs, staging, and equipment
• Arrange meeting rooms according to event layouts and specifications
• Support audio-visual setup and basic equipment testing
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all materials and supplies are prepared in advance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas before, during, and after events
• Ensure safety standards and operational procedures are followed
• Provide on-site support during events as needed
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and floor plans
• Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset
• Physical capability to lift and move equipment as required
