Position Overview
The Part-Time Event Production Assistant supports the planning and execution of events by working in the office to ensure all signage and event materials are created for each event. This role plays an essential part in preparing event binders and digital welcome signs, designing and printing menus and food labels, coordinating information across platforms, and assisting the production team in delivering seamless events.
What We’re Looking For
Strong Communication Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple documents, timelines, and tasks while maintaining accuracy and organization.
Technical Proficiency: Experience or familiarity with platforms such as Asana, Canva, Total Party Planner, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus
Team-Oriented Mindset: Collaborative, proactive, and eager to support the event production team in delivering successful and memorable events.
