Essential Duties and Responsibilities as a Parking Attendant

Direct cars to available parking spaces in an organized and efficient manner.

Monitor guests’ parking to ensure compliance with parking signs and regulations, especially with neighboring parking spots.

Assist guests with questions and providing information as needed (however to be mindful of confidential information regarding private event details and guest attendance)

Respond to guests’ complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning parking areas, removing debris, and ensuring signage is visible in all directions.

Assist guests with disabilities and ensure accessibility to disabled parking spots.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities as a Security Personnel

Responsible for deterring unauthorized access, preventing incidents, and responding effectively to emergencies.

Conduct periodic patrols of the parking lots and inside the facilities to identify any safety hazards or security concerns.

When requested by the client or Domenico company, to check guests’ ID and/or personal belongings for outside alcohol beverages.

Investigate and document security incidents, accidents, and take appropriate action to resolve situations before it escalates/worsens.

Enforce company policies and procedures related to security, safety, and conduct.

If any issues arise, to understand how to de-escalate them or reach out to an event manager on duty.

Qualifications:

Reliable, proactive, and dependable work ethic.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Previous experience in guest service or a related field (parking/security) is preferred.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.

Physical stamina and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Capability to perform efficiently under pressure.

*Required uniform is all black: black shirt, black slacks (no leggings/no jeans), black belt, black socks, and black non-slip shoes.
