We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of end-to-end event operations. The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years of experience in managing corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, or large-scale business events with strong operational excellence and stakeholder management skills.

The Event Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring seamless event execution by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, venues, clients, and external partners. This role requires excellent organizational abilities, multitasking skills, and the capability to manage events under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end event operations for corporate events, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, vendor coordination, venue management, and on-ground execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, marketing teams, clients, and external agencies to understand event requirements and ensure smooth delivery.
• Handle event setup, registration processes, attendee management, transportation, hospitality, and technical arrangements.
• Coordinate with vendors for production, audio-visual setup, décor, catering, printing, security, and event materials.
• Ensure all event operations are executed efficiently while maintaining timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct venue visits, vendor negotiations, and operational assessments before event execution.
• Troubleshoot operational issues during events and ensure quick resolution with minimal disruption.
• Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and optimize operational costs without compromising quality.
• Prepare event reports, operational checklists, post-event analysis, and performance evaluations.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously and maintain effective communication across teams.
• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and risk management protocols during events.
• Support event marketing and promotional activities by coordinating with creative and branding teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and event stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, entertainment events, or B2B events is preferred.
• Familiarity with event technologies, registration tools, and event reporting systems will be an added advantage.
