EVENT MARKETING SPECIALIST

🧾 About the Role We are looking for a detail‑oriented Marketing Event Specialist to support the planning and execution of national trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and brand awareness initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Events, this role focuses primarily on project management, including timeline tracking, task management in Wrike, and maintaining documentation and event status updates. The specialist will support event logistics by managing portals, coordinating deliverables with organizers, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure deadlines are met, budgets are controlled, and projects stay within scope. This is an ideal role for someone with strong organizational and project management skills who is interested in growing within event operations and tradeshows. 🎯 Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of national trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships Manage event‑related projects in Wrike (task tracking, timelines, status updates) Maintain event portals and submit required materials to organizers Oversee event logistics and keep documentation organized Update project plans and generate progress reports Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution of events and sponsorships Monitor event budgets, process invoices, and maintain accurate financial documentation Identify and support improvements in event and sponsorship processes and workflows Build and maintain relationships with team members and other departments to ensure effective coordination Attend webinars and trainings to stay updated on best practices Complete additional projects and tasks assigned by the supervisor
✅ Profile
Proven experience in project management and event coordination (2–3 years) Advanced English (B2+) Project portfolio (preferably in English) Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Attention to detail and strong ability to maintain accurate and organized records Clear and professional communication with diverse stakeholders Experience with budget control and invoices Adaptability to dynamic and fast‑paced environments Proficiency with office tools (Microsoft Office) and project management platforms (Wrike or others) Knowledge of event and sponsorship workflows (a plus).
