Your day-to-day::
• Collaborate with Event Marketing Managers, Video Production Specialist, Developers, Content, Design, Accounting, and Commercial teams to execute event marketing strategies and achieve event goals;
• Plan and manage Oxylabs’ events, including conferences, meetups, and webinars, from concept to on-site or online execution;
• Manage event timelines and budgets, monitor progress and results, while keeping stakeholders informed;
• Plan and manage end-to-end communication with speakers, including researching and contacting potential event speakers, guiding on preparation, rehearsals, timelines, and logistical details;
• Research and coordinate event suppliers, freelancers, services, and logistics locally and internationally for online and live events;
• Create event marketing-related content (e.g., event briefs, landing pages, agendas, emails, technical scripts, etc.);
• Support process improvements for event marketing planning and execution.
Your skills & experience::
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing or event production/execution;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Strong organizational and project management skills to plan and handle multiple projects;
• Attention to detail to ensure documents and processes are accurate and up to date;
• Adaptability and calmness in high-stress, tight deadline situations, and patience in the face of changing priorities;
• A passion for planning and facilitating events;
• Proactiveness and a strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently as well as collaboratively;
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
Salary::
• Gross salary: 2400 - 3200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
