Event Marketing Manager

What does this role entail?:
Events play a central role in our marketing strategy. Through trade fairs, industry conferences, partner events, and our own hosted events, we showcase our expertise across multiple solution areas and bring the Pointsharp brand to life. We are now looking for an Event Marketing Manager who will take ownership of developing and executing effective and engaging event formats.

You will work closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, and partner teams, playing a key role in planning, delivering, and evaluating our event initiatives.

You’ll thrive in this role if:
• Independently conceptualize, plan, and deliver events, trade fairs, and participation in industry conferences
• Lead or support B2B event projects in close collaboration with marketing, sales, partner management, and other stakeholders
• Create, manage, and optimize event budgets while ensuring cost efficiency
• Develop and execute event promotion strategies, including invitations, landing pages, and social media content
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure high-quality event delivery
• Track and analyze KPIs to evaluate event success and report results to marketing leadership
• Leverage digital marketing channels such as email campaigns, social media, and digital event platforms

Qulifications and your profile:
• Degree in marketing, event management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proven experience in planning and executing events.
• Experience in  IT sector is an advantage
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital event technologies
• Excellent communication skills (Swedish and English), strong teamwork mindset, and a hands-on, problem-solving approach
