Event Logistic Supervisor | AYANA BALI

At AYANA Bali, we deliver world-class events ranging from international conferences to luxury weddings and gala dinners. We are seeking a highly organized Event Logistic Supervisor to manage event logistics, including equipment handling, venue setup, inventory control, and the safe movement of materials across our event venues. Working closely with banquet, culinary, engineering, and event planners, this role ensures every setup is executed accurately according to BEO specifications and AYANA’s luxury standards.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the coordination of event logistics, including equipment movement, setup, and dismantling across event venues
• Ensuring ballroom and venue layouts are executed accurately according to BEO specifications and event requirements
• Managing event equipment inventory, including tracking, storage control, and condition monitoring
• Coordinating closely with banquet operations, culinary, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless event preparation
• Supervising the safe handling, transportation, and operational readiness of event equipment to support smooth event execution

Requirements:
• Only for Indonesian Citizen

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event logistics, banquet operations, or convention center setup, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment
• Proven supervisory experience in managing logistics or event setup teams
• Strong knowledge of event equipment handling, venue setup execution, and operational logistics
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management, with the ability to track inventory, analyze logistics data, and produce operational reports
• Strong organizational, coordination, and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure during large-scale events
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak event periods
