About The Role:
The Event Experience Associate serves as on-site event support staff for The Assembly, Kiln Las Vegas's premier event center. This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish. As the primary on-site point of contact during events, the Event Experience Associate assists guests, supports event operations, troubleshoots issues as they arise, and helps create a seamless and welcoming experience for all attendees.
This is an on-call position with an anticipated schedule of approximately 10 hours per week, though hours are not guaranteed. Because The Assembly may host events at any time, shifts can vary widely and may include early mornings and evenings depending on event needs and bookings.
In addition to supporting events at The Assembly, there may also be opportunities to assist the Community Team with events and programming hosted onsite at Kiln Las Vegas.

Support the Community Team to achieve the following:

Create a welcoming and collaborative community environment amongst our members and guests through events and building relationships
Ensure that assigned Kiln facilities are fully operational and processes are running smoothly
Drive growth and promotion of Kiln-provided service offerings
Take direction from the Community Director to manage The Assembly
As An Event Experience Associate, You Will:
Cheerful and friendly greeting of team members, Kiln members, and guests
Serve as a point of contact for event attendees, vendors, and staff during events
Assist with the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment, including microphones, projectors, and sound systems
Ensure a high level of customer service, addressing any guest inquiries regarding Kiln, the space, or membership options
Provide feedback and suggestions for future event improvements based on observations and attendee feedback
Participate in the teardown and cleanup of event spaces after the event ends and ensure all attendees have exited the building
As An Event Experience Associate, You’ll Need:
Partial completion of a college degree preferred, not required.
Office management or administrative experience
Customer service or support experience
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Demonstrates integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, follow through and empathy
Passion for entrepreneurial communities

Proficient in basic computer skills.
