Ready to step behind the scenes of global travel? We’re looking for an individual with an eye for detail who is ready to make things happen. Help us scout venues, coordinate with global vendors, and bring our major industry events to life.
This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in event management, marketing, and coordination in a fast-paced environment.It is a paid internship, as we truly value the work our interns contribute to Ventrata.
Key Responsibilities
• Help us plan and execute every detail for high-energy international trade shows, tech conferences, and our massive 100+ person company retreats.
• Research and secure diverse event spaces internationally; assist in the end-to-end selection process for European and American events by analyzing venue capacity, local amenities, and regional suitability.
• You’ll be the point person for our vendors and partners, scouting the best event give-aways and printed materials to make sure everything lands on-site and looks perfect before the doors open.
• Facilitate event registrations and participant engagement, coordinating with internal colleagues (attendees) and external conference organizers and vendors.
• Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for events.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate tasks and collaborate with both internal and external partners
• Interest in marketing, event management, and communications
• Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Proactive approach to work combined with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in English.
• Availability to attend selected events in person, primarily within the Czech Republic
Nice to Have
• Driving license (useful for assisting with on-site events and logistics)
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
• Experience with social media or content creation
