We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about planning and executing a variety of events that leave a lasting impression on attendees. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and project plans to ensure all aspects of the event are managed effectively.
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure quality service delivery.
• Coordinate logistics such as catering, transportation, audiovisual equipment, and event registration.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and maximize attendance.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning or coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
