Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning and execution from start to finish.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define event requirements and objectives.
• Develop detailed event timelines, schedules, and budgets to ensure seamless operations.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with venues, suppliers, and service providers.
• Oversee onsite event setup, coordination, and breakdown to ensure smooth event flow.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in event planning and management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
