Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring housekeepers in a Clinical setting.

Wage: $16/hr. + $250 Sign-On Bonus after 4 months of employment

Shift:

7:00PM - 11:00PM, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

Empty trash containers

Clean bathrooms

Vacuum all carpeted floors

Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors

Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low

Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces

Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas

Notify supervisor of any problems

Perform other janitorial duties as required

Physical and Other Requirements

Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Professional and well-groomed appearance

Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds

Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
