Purpose of the Role

• Be a support for Non-Seeds team (Chemicals and Packaging component) to supply the European Syngenta sites and tollers.
• Manage operation execution with suppliers and plants to secure the plan of treat and pack in the sites.

Accountabilities

• Manage operational activities to supply the Non-Seeds material in the right quantity in a right time to the EU sites.
• Create Purchase Order to support the supply plan from supplier to production plant
• Coordinate the Non-Conformity for the Non-Seeds department.
• In charge of building a process to be able to track the age of the chemical inventory for all EU sites and to inform about the FEFO management t (First Expired First Out).
• Point of contact for Non-Seeds topic for the EU sites.
• Establish excellent working relationships with key players in the plants and in the EAME Production & Supply group.
• Ensure responsive and accurate communication flows with the external and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and solve short term issues in non-seed supply to preserve promised customer delivery dates as far as possible.

• Minimum 2-3 years spent in a similar position
• 1-3 years experience in similar positions in manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor degree (agricultural/economical/logistics) preferred
• At least upper-intermediate level of English; French knowledge at any level is an asset
• SAP/MRP (Material Requirements Planning) experience is an advantage
• Strong EXCEL knowledge and pack office
• Smartsheet and Power BI knowledge is a great asset
• Ability to coordinate different matters at the same time in a responsible manner
• Outstanding communication skills
