Job Description

We are actively looking for an EUC (End User Computing) Consultant for an award winning IT Gold Microsoft Partner. This client is the UK’s largest providers of digital infrastructure helping to combine technology, expertise and services, enabling organisations to transform and accelerate to its full potential.

The role itself is fully remote, mainly working from home - and travelling to client sites across the UK when necessary - all expenses paid for.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in pre-sales activities for new business opportunities
• Deliver customer focused presentations and workshops demonstrating our products and services including Microsoft DPS engagements
• Act as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
• Gather customer requirements in order to prepare project plans and timescales of delivery
• Work through customer specifications and develop solutions in line with project delivery requirements
• Take ownership for technical delivery of projects
• Propose and/or design technical solutions
• Work closely with all departments to ensure project and service delivery meet customer expectations
• Work closely with team colleagues to assist in the continual development of the team
• Designing and delivering suitable solutions in line with customer needs and expectations
• Producing High-level and Low-Level Design Documents
• Owning the presales and estimations, presentations, workshops and service delivery, ensuring a positive customer relationship is maintained
• Assisting in the presales process producing Proposals and Statement of Works as required

• Strong technical background

Soft skills:
• Proven consultancy experience within a similar role
• Proven ability to lead workshops and run presentations to both a technical and business audience
• Able to deal with customers/suppliers/peers at all levels in a professional manner
