Job Description
Key Responsibilities May Include:
Analyze complex, high-volume data from various sources using diverse tools and techniques to derive actionable insights.
Develop and maintain high-quality standardized outputs, including visualizations and dashboards, that translate complex data into clear, business-relevant insights.
Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests by developing new reports or dashboards as needed, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Support the ongoing delivery of regular KPI reports, maintaining accuracy and relevance to business needs.
Synthesize analytical findings into meaningful insights, presenting data in an easy-to-understand format for diverse business audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs, define requirements, and deliver data-driven insights that support decision-making.
Continuously seek to improve reporting processes by staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and insight generation.
Provide technical support and training on analytical tools and methodologies to empower business stakeholders in their use of data-driven insights.
The purpose of this role will be to support the logistics systems development and implementation across the organization driving improvement and reducing waste through systems.
Understand business requirements and processes and identify business technology and/or process & information opportunities, working with business and system owners to develop, implement and maintain solutions which deliver business value within agreed timelines and budgets.
Primary contact for EU Logistics systems.

Major / Key Accountabilities
Evaluate and support business teams and technical teams with issues, changes, and new developments.
Business Continuity logistics systems SME
Lead and implement IT related projects, networking with IT contacts to ensure robust requirements gathering, strong User Acceptance Testing and smooth implementation
Propose enhancements on new/current tools (standardization, usability, workload)
Identifying and raising issues impacting the execution of strategic / operational / project plans.
Understanding overall Enterprise Architecture and assess degree of conformance of existing and new business processes.
Making decisions which influence the success of projects and team objectives
Demonstrating an analytical and systematic approach to problem solving.
Communicating fluently orally and in writing, presenting complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Rapidly absorbing new technical information and applying it effectively.
Requirements gathering and gap analysis, functional documentation (user stories, AS-IS / TO-BE mapping), Solution validation and UAT testing, SOP and user manual creation
Logistics Systems super user and Gatekeeper.
Challenges/ Problem Solving
Working autonomously but collaborating with all departments within Supply Chain Europe
Managing engagement of different departments within Supply Chain Europe, to deliver the projects

Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
A Bachelor in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics…).
Desirable Qualifications
Change Management certification
Six Sigma certification
Project Management certification
Experience
Logistics execution expertise
Supply Chain background is an advantage
Change management experience
Good communication Skills with superiors and in more than 1 language
Agile project management experience
Experience in data analyst is desirable
Experience within an IT focused role is desirable
Skills and Knowledge
Strong knowledge about Supply Chain processes in place across Europe.
Knowledge about systems in place across Supply Chain Europe (SAP, Blueyonder, CMA, …)
Ability to problem solving.
Strong communication skills (written skills, verbal skills, and presentation skills).
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team
Stakeholder management
Strong time/project management and delivery skills
Resilience, perseverance, and drive to problem-solve
Technical Savvy
Understanding of data flows between logistics systems, EDI/API integrations.
Understanding of end-to-end system architecture in Supply Chain
Ability to balance operational needs vs. technical constraints
