About Us
At Finsolutia, we are growing our Information Technology (IT) team and are looking for an ETL Developer Analyst (M/F) to join us in Lisbon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working with data, thrives on solving complex challenges, and wants to play a key role in shaping data-driven decision-making across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our collaborative IT team, you will:
Develop and implement advanced T-SQL procedures and functions, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Write optimised SQL queries to integrate with other applications and manage end-to-end ETL processes.
Design robust database structures, tables, and objects.
Define and implement best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes to drive efficiency and quality.
Design and build impactful Power BI reports and dashboards (Operational, Strategic & Analytical) using DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modelling.
Deliver insights that help the business monitor KPIs and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Ensure the reliability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for both internal and external users.
Work with Excel, Power BI, and PivotTables to extract, transform, and analyse data effectively.
What We’re Looking For (Hard Skills)
Strong expertise in T-SQL (advanced level) and performance optimisation.
Solid experience with ETL processes.
Proficiency in developing and tuning Power BI dashboards, datasets, DAX, and SQL for optimal performance.
Basic knowledge of Python and C#.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an Enterprise environment OR 5 years in any industry sector.
At least a secondary school qualification (A-Levels or equivalent).
Fluency in English and Portuguese.
