Job Description

ETAS Japan Established in October 1998. ETAS Japan is a 100-percent subsidiary of the ETAS GmbH.

We excel in providing innovative solutions that drive the development of embedded systems for the automotive industry and related sectors. As a systems provider, we offer a comprehensive portfolio of integrated tools and tool solutions as well as engineering services, consulting, training, and support.

イータスの計測適合診断ツールファミリーの顧客への提案/コンサルティングを含んだ技術サポートを担当して頂きます。

半年程度社内でトレーニングを受けたのち、3年間は特定の客先常駐（豊田市 [愛知県] ）となります。その後本社もしくは支社に復帰して頂き、様々なお客様に対して幅広く活躍して頂きます。

主な業務内容

1) 顧客が抱える課題を理解し解決策を提示する

2) 顧客への製品説明、デモ、質疑応答を実施する

3) 見込み/既存顧客に対する技術サポートを提供する

4) 国内外の関係者と連携し、セールスチャンネルの開発や今後の商品企画への反映を行う

必須（MUST）

・メカトロ・電気・電子系等の知識／実務経験

・顧客との技術的コミュニケーションスキル

・論理的トラブルシューティングスキル

・自発的に行動のできる人

・日本語ネイティブもしくは日本語能力検定 N1レベル

歓迎（WANT）

・組み込みや電子回路に関する知識／実務経験

・ Windows PCに関わる設定やトラブル対応の経験や知識

・ Pythonなどのスクリプト言語の実装経験

・自動車業界でECUを使用した実務経験

・ ASAMなどの自動車開発に関わる規格の知識/実務経験

・英語中級以上 (TOEIC 600点以上)

給与条件：経験、前職給与、弊社内基準を考慮して決定します

給与改定：年１回
