• Organización; aviso y seguimiento de entrega de piezas en garantía; en colaboración con el departamento de calidad y los analistas en todo el mundo

• Elaboración y actualización mensual de las estadísticas para las auditorias internas de Bosch.

• Optimización de procesos a través la digitalización de estadísticas

• Creación de control de existencias de los embalajes a través del sistema SAP

• Preparación de facturas y de documentos de transporte internacional para envíos de mues-tras; mercancías varias y devoluciones por avión; camión y servicios especiales

• Contacto telefónico con proveedores; clientes y transportistas

• Control de salida de mercancía vendida en SAP y registro manual de material de embalaje

• Carga de las expediciones a través del sistema informático utilizado para asegurar la correcta salida de la mercancía

• Control y actualización diaria del archivo interno del departamento

• Nivel alto de español e inglés, alemán deseable

• Cursando carrera de Administración y Dirección de Empresas

• Estar inmatriculado en una universidad

• Buenos conocimientos de MS Office (especialmente Excel)

• Indispensable tener muchas ganas de trabajar y comprometerse con el equipo

Fecha inicio:          Immediately

Duración:            6 months

Ayuda al estudio:   800€ gross / month

Horario:             08:00h – 17:00h (with 1h to eat)
