As a member of the Global Business Services division, you will play a vital role in improving patients' lives while working at Pfizer. What You Will Achieve In this role, you will: Suppport and update reports/Metrics in Excel/Power BI to improves business decision making. Interpreting data into meaningful and timely information. Create, review, and revise documentation procedure according to standard operating procedures. Maintain, verify, process, and update systems, spreadsheets, or documents. Engage with local Pfizer stakeholders by developing materials and participating in initiatives. Self-manage time and professional development, taking responsibility for personal results. Utilize basic skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks and well-defined duties. Work in a structured environment with close supervision, following established procedures for assignments, with the supervisor closely monitoring and reviewing the quality of work. Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) High School Diploma or GED Active enrollment and completion of the 1st year in an accredited, 4-year undergraduate program in engineering, Business, Financial, statistics, or Data Science Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements) Experience working in an office setting, demonstrating a strong ability to adapt to various administrative tasks and environments Proficiency in managing office operations, showcasing excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with office software and technology, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow Experience in handling confidential information with discretion and integrity Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically Proficient in writing, reading, listening, and speaking in English with good communication skills.
