Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for an Estonian Speaking Sales Consultant in our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department, based in Krakow. This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate sales professional who is eager to drive sales and build relationships within the thriving SaaS market. You will be pivotal in connecting with Estonian-speaking clients and demonstrating the value of our innovative cloud computing solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, conducting impactful sales presentations, and fostering strong client relationships. Your understanding of customer needs will be essential in providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Responsibilities
• Identify and target potential clients in the Estonian-speaking market for our SaaS and cloud computing services
• Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
• Build and cultivate lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Work collaboratively with the product and marketing teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor strategies to inform sales tactics
• Maintain detailed reports on sales activities, client interactions, and feedback
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance business relationships
Requirements:
• Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and verbal
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or cloud computing sector
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Critical thinking and analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities
• Results-driven and self-motivated personality
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
