About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with strong Xactimate (preferred) expertise to support our roofing and repair operations. This role is responsible for preparing accurate estimates, reviewing scopes of work, and ensuring pricing aligns with insurance guidelines and company standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using Xactimate, a solid understanding of roofing and repair projects, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate for roofing and repair projects
• Review scopes of work, photos, and documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Analyze insurance estimates and identify discrepancies or supplemental opportunities
• Create and revise estimates based on field updates, inspections, or carrier feedback
• Communicate with project managers, adjusters, and internal teams regarding estimates
• Maintain organized records of estimates, revisions, and supporting documentation
• Ensure estimates comply with company pricing standards and insurance requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estimator in roofing and repair
• Strong Xactimate experience required
• Solid understanding of roofing systems, repairs, and construction terminology
• Experience working with insurance claims and carrier guidelines preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
