We are seeking a Roofing Estimator to play a key role in delivering accurate and competitive bids for upcoming roofing projects. What You’ll Do
Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects
Conduct site visits and gather necessary data to assess project scope and requirements
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain up-to-date pricing and availability
Prepare and present detailed cost breakdowns and bid proposals
Collaborate closely with project managers, sales, and the estimating team to ensure consistency and alignment with project goals
Track and manage changes to project scope, ensuring estimates reflect current project realities
Assist with post-bid reviews and participate in project handoffs to operations
What You Bring to the Team
3+ years of experience in roofing estimating or a similar construction-related role
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and construction processes
Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Excellent mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
Experience with estimating software is an asset (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.)

Location: Head Office – 6675 Rexwood Rd, Mississauga, ON
Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Hours of Work: M-F, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)
Reports To: Roofing Estimating Manager
