Puyallup, WA | $28–$32/hr | Full-Time | M–F 8am-5pm

Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to take your collision repair career to the next level? We’re looking for a Front-End Estimator to support insurance partners and the shop team in a fast-paced, professional collision repair environment.

What You’ll Do

Write accurate walk-in and UPD (Unrelated Prior Damage) estimates

Communicate clearly with customers, insurance adjusters, and vendors

Email estimates within 24 hours or write them while customers wait

Schedule repairs and guide customers through every step of the process

Use CCC estimating software (including P-Pages and rate guides) efficiently and accurately

Maintain detailed notes and documentation

Follow insurance company guidelines and agreed labor rates

Assist with supplements and resolve front office challenges

Participate in daily production meetings and track vehicle status

Support CSI/NPS goals by delivering exceptional customer service

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience as a collision estimator or insurance appraiser

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
