About the Role

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in our operations, working closely with team members, management, and customers to ensure accurate and timely project estimates. This position requires a friendly, persuasive communicator who can motivate and support others while adhering to established guidelines and procedures. You’ll be juggling multiple projects, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that every detail is handled efficiently and correctly.

Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate and timely project estimates in collaboration with the team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and management.

Communicate company policies, programs, and systems in a persuasive and supportive manner.

Work within established guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Provide strong, friendly follow-up on delegated tasks to ensure proper results.

Lead by example, rolling up your sleeves to assist the team when needed.
